On 25 November 1999, the MMCP General Meeting took effect. 

Five nominations were obtained for Council posts after a application for nominations for Council posts. 

The election to the MCPPnet took place on 11th December 1999. The five local Council members is as follows 

The President: Anne Cruz 

Secretary: Rachel Dizon 

Haley Howard: Log-in 

Lorna Fields: Publications chair 

Angela Richards: Real estate
